1. Definitions

The following terms, when used in these Terms and Conditions, shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the qui4d website located at https://qui4d.cam, including all sub-pages, features, tools, and services accessible thereon.
• "Account" means the registered user account opened by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and is authorized to use qui4d's services.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-funds stake placed by a Player on a gaming event, outcome, or casino game round through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by qui4d prior to processing withdrawal requests or upon request at any time.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to the Platform is restricted or forbidden, including jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of player-protection features available on the Platform, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of qui4d, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or cyber-attacks.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the qui4d Platform. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age and residency requirement.

2.2 It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. qui4d makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.

2.3 Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of qui4d and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold a Player Account or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

2.4 Individuals who have been self-excluded or are subject to any active account restriction imposed by qui4d are not eligible to create a new Account. Attempting to circumvent an existing exclusion by registering a new Account is a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

3.1 To use the real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate.

3.2 Each individual person may register only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, IP address, device, or payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms. qui4d reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any associated balances.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. qui4d will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to secure your credentials.

3.4 You must notify qui4d immediately via the support team if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

3.5 qui4d reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

3.1 Account Security

You are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform. Regularly review your account activity for unauthorized transactions.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 qui4d is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests and may request verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. This process is referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC).

4.2 As part of KYC, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP) — both sides.
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter).
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, with your face and all document details clearly visible.
• Bank account ownership verification (bank statement or account screenshot) for the payment method registered to your Account.

4.3 KYC documents must be clear, legible, unedited, and not expired. Submission of fraudulent, altered, or misrepresentative documents constitutes a criminal offense and will result in immediate account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

4.4 qui4d will process KYC submissions within 1–24 hours on business days. You will be notified by email of the outcome. If documents are rejected, you will receive specific guidance on what must be resubmitted.

4.5 Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. qui4d accepts no liability for delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or rejected KYC submissions.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

5.1.1 qui4d accepts deposits via the following methods: Bank BCA, Bank BRI, Bank BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

5.1.2 Minimum deposit amounts are Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallet transactions. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the Platform's cashier section.

5.1.3 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to a person other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from third-party sources may be confiscated and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.

5.1.4 qui4d does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer charges, for which qui4d accepts no responsibility.

5.1.5 Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance instantly or within a few minutes. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transfer receipt for manual verification.

5.2 Withdrawals

5.2.1 Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the qui4d Account holder. Cross-name withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

5.2.2 Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum single-withdrawal and daily withdrawal limits are stated within the Platform's cashier section and may vary by Account tier.

5.2.3 Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) on any calendar day are typically processed within the same day. Requests submitted after 20:00 WIB will be processed on the following business day.

5.2.4 qui4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual Account activity is detected.

5.2.5 Deposits that have not been wagered at least once in full cannot be withdrawn without completing at least one qualifying bet at real-money odds. This requirement exists to prevent money-laundering through the Platform.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 qui4d may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives at its discretion. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that offer.

6.2 Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances. Unless otherwise stated, real-money funds are used for wagering before bonus funds.

6.3 Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. As an example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement on a Rp 100,000 bonus means you must place total qualifying bets of Rp 1,000,000 before the bonus converts to real-money balance.

6.4 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. qui4d actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, use of VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions on offers, and collusion between accounts.

6.5 qui4d reserves the right to cancel any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and suspend or close any Account where bonus abuse is detected, with or without prior notice.

6.6 Promotional offers may have expiry dates. Bonus funds not wagered within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the Account without notice.

6.7 qui4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already validly claimed.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game, or event. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7.2 Bets accepted by the Platform are binding. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where the Platform's specific rules expressly permit cash-out or bet amendment prior to event settlement.

7.3 qui4d reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error, including bets placed at obviously incorrect odds due to a technical or human error ("palpable errors"). In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account.

7.4 In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or game round, qui4d's records shall be the primary source of reference. Where applicable, official results from the relevant sporting body or game provider's certified logs will be used to resolve disputes.

7.5 qui4d covers a broad range of betting markets including but not limited to: BRI Liga 1 football, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup (Piala AFF), badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Market availability may change without notice.

7.6 For mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the bet to return a profit. If one or more legs are void, the odds for those legs revert to 1.00 and the remaining legs continue to count.

7.7 Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at qui4d's discretion, including during delays, incidents, or periods of uncertainty. Bets placed immediately prior to a suspension are subject to review and may be voided if they are determined to have been placed with the benefit of information not yet publicly available.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 qui4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools designed to help Players manage their gaming activity, available at any time through the Account settings or by contacting our support team.

8.2 Available responsible gaming tools include: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders and automatic session time limits; cooling-off periods (temporary account restrictions of 24 hours up to 6 weeks); and permanent self-exclusion.

8.3 Self-exclusion requests are permanent and irreversible for a minimum period of six months. During a self-exclusion period, the Player is prohibited from opening a new Account on the Platform. Circumventing a self-exclusion by registering a new Account is a material breach of these Terms.

9. Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or palpable pricing errors for financial gain.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform via VPN, proxy, or anonymization services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting in a systematic or abusive manner.
• Sharing your Account credentials with or granting access to your Account to any third party.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

9.2 qui4d reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold any associated balances pending investigation, and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the qui4d brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of qui4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.

10.3 Any unauthorized use of qui4d's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal claims for damages, injunctive relief, and other remedies.

11. Privacy & Data

11.1 qui4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 qui4d employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the Platform. Player financial data and identity documents are stored on secure, access-controlled servers. qui4d does not sell personal data to third-party marketing organizations.

11.3 qui4d may be required to disclose Player data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial institutions in order to comply with applicable legal obligations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qui4d, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

12.2 qui4d's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits you have made to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 qui4d shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from Force Majeure events, including telecommunications failures, Internet disruptions, power outages, government actions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

12.4 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. qui4d makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, or that defects will be corrected.

13. Amendments

13.1 qui4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.

13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of any available real-money balance in your Account.

13.3 The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at https://qui4d.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made.

14. Governing Law

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qui4d holds its operating license.

14.2 Any dispute between qui4d and a Player that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

14.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent qui4d from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
